Child Support

In Nevada, temporary and permanent child support may be ordered to be paid by either parent. Click here to learn more about how we can assist you to obtain child support according to the official Nevada Child Support guidelines.

Child Visitation/Visitation Denied/Long Distance Parenting

The word visitation is used in the context of time spent by children with a parent who does not have primary custody. We assist our clients in addressing the needs of all parties of interest in arranging for a visitation schedule and terms that reflect the best interests of the children.

How Nevada determines child visitation:

Generally, parents are free to visit with their children at all times that are mutually agreed to by both parents. However, when parents cannot agree, the court can make a determination based on the child’s best interests and taking into account such variables as school schedules, weekends, and holidays.

For counsel related to the above aspects of family law, or any others, contact our firm immediately and let us protect your rights! We limit our practice to the geographic region surrounding Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, Summerlin, and all of Clark County, Nevada.
